PARENT + CHILD GROWTH DAY
We’re currently developing our first small Parent + Child Growth Day pilot for families in the Ballina / Northern Rivers area.
Parents and guardians remain present and involved while families take part in learning, creativity, problem-solving, movement, positive-habit and connection activities.
This is currently an Expression of Interest stage.

More opportunities will be added as programs are completed and ready to deliver.
We are currently in the early stages of building the program and need the practical equipment and resources required to begin delivering programs in local community venues.
Funds raised through this GoFundMe will help purchase and establish things such as:
reusable activity and recreational equipment
creative and workshop materials
books and learning resources
outdoor and community activity equipment
storage and transport solutions
reusable program signage and displays
safety, cleaning and hygiene supplies
equipment needed to set up activities within hired community spaces
other essential launch resources required to begin running programs
Rather than asking the community to fund an idea with no clear purpose, we want the money raised here to create real, reusable infrastructure that can continue supporting future Switched-On Momentum programs.
Our longer-term goal is also to make free or subsidised community activities possible wherever funding allows, so that cost does not automatically prevent someone from participating.
Switched-On Momentum is about more than activities. It is about creating opportunities for belonging, encouragement, learning, connection and forward movement — places where people can meet others, try something new, develop themselves and feel supported to take their next step.
Every contribution helps move the project closer to its first community programs, whether that contribution helps purchase one resource, one piece of equipment or part of a larger program setup.
