What we are building toward
Move & Play is designed to be simple, flexible and accessible. Rather than repeating exactly the same activity every time, sessions can rotate through different games, challenges and movement activities so families have variety and children can try different ways to get active.
As the program develops, participant feedback will help shape future sessions.
Tell us where, when and how your family would most like to participate.
